If you're looking for a laid back with no donation minimum, you've found the right faction. Boot Camp is a great faction to learn and build your stats until you're strong enough for our top 250 team. We are well organized and don't require gold. All we ask is for you to be active and participate in WD and Faction Events. Finished 19-6 and completed 6/9 in streaks in BRAZIL.
Your stats should be close to 10x your current level but exceptions will be made.
