Android has such trouble downloading the updates - can you release them for D/L so we can update them efficiently

By "updates" you mean data pushes? 3.9.2.7.1, then 3.9.2.7.2 versions in Google Play would make downloading a data-set unnecessary if they released updates as just another way to push a data-set. Some devices still do fight to get the data push.

Newer game version (apk) is one things, and new data push is another.

if you are on android, and the data never finishes updating, then go to sdcard - android-data - .com.funzio.crimecity- plist. and delete the latest folder...now open the game..the data will be soon updated n tada, u have the event...
