Losing attacks

I normally don't attack people much, but during the pvp I have found that even with a 3 mil attack differential I still lose. It seams a 3mil difference is treated the same as a 300k difference. What's the point when you can guarantee a win?

I have been running into the same thing. I have 4.07M and lose to people with 2.88M stats. It's not a one time out of 10 thing. It is a 5/10 thing. Makes no sense.
