Droid Issue with Seeing the Boss

Im a droid phone version3.9.0 (also tried version 3.9.5) and I can see the boss event going on, but can not hit the boss even though I know one is summoned...it doesnt show me one and my event clock is at all 0's...like event has ended...I have uninstalled and reinstalled various versions and have left faction and come back in, still same problem...

Anyone else have this problem? If so how was it corrected...I am missing on all individual rewards.

make sure your clock is right, make sure UTC time +/- time zone is correct. ie is you change your clock for a new area rather than changing time zone, the boss wont show up or just flicker as its trying to load...

I have a Galaxy tab 3 . Ive done updates and uninstall . Nothing shows in history and boss select just flashes
