Gree is putting cost's down as they think this will make them more money as lower level players with less cash can build and use gold to finish them.

2 LTBs at once will solve the problem; 1 expensive and 1 cheap. Cheap building gives considerably better awards for every upgrade than the expensive one. Maybe even throw a mod in for finishing the cheap building. Solves the problem for vets and noobs or IPH-oriented players and stats seekers
