personal and faction bonuses, assuming at LEAST 1 out of every 3 level 100 bosses will give an elite... he's pretty much dead on. we're wrapping up prestige and that number for us is fairly accurate. Then when we start to farm.. likely another 1-2 mill depending how quick we summon/kill.
