Yes I'm sure. i bought a hundred dollar card, paid for it with my paypal account automatically and redeemed the code. No problems.

Well I noticed that there's a flag on the right of the screen and if you click it there's a UK and German site. Then you select promotions. Looks like UK is sold out of the discounted offer.

The twitter link Ghost posted is a good one to watch for offers.
