Best case/crate event ever? I think so!

Just wanting to add something positive to our forum... I think this has been the best crate/case event ever, don't you guys think so? There has been something for everyone in terms of prizes, and I think Gree got this event spot on. Toot your horn if you think so too!

Only thing that would make me happier now is better intel drop rate ;o)

I agree I liked the side mission for sure, but there was certainly a huge CF with the whole hacking thing.

The side mission was great! It made it worth staying up into the late hours for. The one thing I have heard over and over though is that it was impossible to get much without spending gold. Id open 16-20 daily and only ended with 11 rifles. I did manage to get the 8 pieces which was nice though

All in all big kudos and congratulations to Gree and it's crew. For once an event free of glitches and breakdowns, except of course by the wrong doings of sore players that only feel they winning if they cheat.
Loophole or glitch or hack or whatever synonyms you want to use, is unlawful and not only hurts the goodwill and trust of the company but also hurts other players.
We as customers should demand a through investigation and a ban on all who exploit cheats in detriment of paying customers.

I liked the event and got 22 swords and the 8/8 collection.

It took me until day 2 before I realized there was a collection goal in this event (never looked at the goals because it was a box event) when someone on my faction told me about it. Then I used gold to open the boxes and spent around 400 gold to complete the collection. Nice to see this type of reward which made a very boring event better.

I loved this event with one account and hated it with the other... Lol!
I got at least 4 of each 8/8 units and 20 riffles with only 60 shiny bars spent!
2nd account had only 20 less attempts to open (WiFi only) and got only 3/8 units (3 units total) and 10 rifles

So yeah very love hate for me more toward the love though

Also is was sooo nice to be the only event going on at a time! The rest was much needed

Yep thumbs up!!! making this event fun for all mw players not just the 50 on leaderboard. A nice unit for all players, keep that up gree and the smiles will go miles towards spreading the income across thousands of players instead of hundreds! :D

Usually just scout this forum for info, but thought I'd post on a positive note also.
Ended event 8/8, 23/25. So all in all a nice event for me. Didn't spend a penny, no xp gained, and put on about 300k att stats. Winner :)
Quite a few of our faction members got the 8/8 unit. Some free, some light gold. By light I mean he was 7/8 so spent 15 on reset , 15 on open and got his unit.
Then we had others that didn't get it, but got nice stats through 9x bmp. Beats 9x $400 lol

Was it better than some case events in the past? Yes.
Was it as great as some suggest on this thread? No.

I thought it strange to feel like I got a carnival type 'booby' prize when a rifle turned up. I wish the rifle (or whatever is being collected) itself was somehow useful after the event has ended. Now that would be a good case event.

The best part was it was achievable without gold usage. You had to push a little, but still achievable, that is what good game play is about.

Definitely a thumbs up here, for Gree. Not only did they put a new twist on the crate event, they actually made it possible for us simple folk to win a very nice unit. Gree you have our gratitude. Keep it up!

The side event was tge kicker. Getting these rifles was a joke, but spending every hour to get those 8 prizes was worth it. By far the best crate event.

This case event has gone the same for me as every other event, I would spend gold the first 2 days and then money option after not getting any rifles or side units. I tried about 200 times to open case with about 90% of the time sorry please try again! I ended the event with 6 rifles, no side units and 390 unopened cases. Not sure what y'all are doing different?

yeah great event,aside from the hackers driving up the score up since day one. all legit players spend gold to keep up. That was a bonus i guess, we love wasting money. We are Still waiting for compensation on that one. I guess that was brushed under the rug along with all the other horror stories. I guess it's also better than losing 2 hours on the previous event without notice. Great
