I am reading 29th on iOS and 29 on DROID

I noticed today that US players show the 29th and our European faction mates show the 30th. Perhaps this is due to the time zone you play out of.

It's delayed but the plan was still later today. Not sure why that would be showing up differently for different people since that date is static and does not respond to time zones (we always have to change it manually).

Thanks for the update CJ! Look forward to seeing the event come out shortly (i assume it was delayed due to the crate event still being active and you didn't want to have the same problem as last time)

dude, its because your maybe in Europe, the case event will finish 11pm in EU, and the raid boss will probably start 2-4 hours after that, this is way its showing it will star 1/30.

Well let me add a new wrinkle. My date has changed as well. Except now it shows the 29th as a start, but the finish is now the 3rd instead of the 4th.

Yes but there has to be some point of reference so in this case since they are based out of SF then all times are based on PST.

but why do U have to start that 10 minute event during EU-s night? When EU people wake up they discover there is nothing to do, cause dropped folders will last 5-10 minutes max :(

My IOS originally showed the boss event starting on 29th, and then on the morning of the 29th it moved to show the 30th ??

Fair enough, thought I, went to bed (UK timezone). Woke up to find my faction had blitzed halfway through the second challenge ('normal' mode).

Yes, it was nice to wake up to shiny new toys and a bump in stats. But I didnt get a chance to earn ANY loot items due to the effeciency of my US/Canadian and Far Eastern team mates, lol.

Oh well, thems the breaks I guess..... sure would have been nice to know what the heck was going on in advance though! I mean, its not like I'm the Faction Leader trying to organise my troops, err no, scrub that. I am the faction leader trying to organise my troops! Oh well.

but there is a balance time when EU and US people can start things together. Basically every event starts in very late evening in EU time, raid boss started sometime in the night and I too woke up to units that I couldnt make loot, cause was sleeping :(
