The customer service from Gree has made me contemplate the same thing..... I had an issue on KoM (Kabam) and they redponded within 2 hours. Still haven't heard anything from gree except sorry it took so long to get with you, if you are still having an issue reply to this email... 2 days later still nothingim response to my reply...
