Looking for small or empty guild

Any empty guilds out there that are looking to become an extension of my guild? We are nights Templar and I am looking to make an KT2. It would be for ppl that are not as strong as ppl in KT1 and we will be working together to complete quests along with our friends from other guilds. I want to branch out. And get everyone strong and have a larger network of ppl. Respond if so.
