We keep hearing about this. Tons of people are quitting because of this. Battles are being skewed due to this...

When, Gree, when will you roll out the new levels for players?

Please prioritize this.

And please give us new syndicate bonuses. Energy regeneration bonuses, extra building output bonuses etc etc are appreciated.
