I am just, well, curious. I saw a post that Eucharon or whatever, the post was in the thread about epic armor not being in chests, but, someone posted that s/he spent $50,000 on this game, and at one point spent 11,000 gems?
I just have to ask... is this person a complete friggin retard?
I mean, man, I spent probably $500 on it and feel stupid. I would have a hard time dropping $5,000, $10,000? Hell no.. $50,000?!? Are you f%@king kidding me?
My first thought is what the hell does s/he do for employment, cause if s/he has that much money to throw away, I wanna do what s/he does, possibly...
I don't know, that just blows me away... money can't buy happiness, but it sure might get you an epic+ or two.
I guess I have to say that pisses me off seeing that, cause I would really like to know what they do for money. It would take me 4 years to make that much money working the dead end, breaking my back, working my ass off job I had. And supposedly rich f$@ks like him are the reason why. Oooooo, man, I could write along time thinking about this, I just better cut it off now..
My final thought is: if you did spend $50K on this game, how does it make you feel to know in 6 days/weeks/months/years, this game will stop, and all that money you dropped on it has no meaning at all. Anything and everything you did will be forgotten a week later, except for the side splitting laughter of people recalling that fact. You spent $50,000 on nothing... these gems are worthless, a digital item that can nevr be physically touched, and have no value other than what gree assumes they are worth, whether they were 500 for $0.05, 500 for $60.00, or 500 for $1000, you might as well went outside and gave $5,000 each to the first 10 people you saw, but there is no way in f*$king hell that would happen, right?

Calm down man, its their life xD up to them what they spend on, maybe they earn alot, doing business by themselves, they the Boss..... I personally Spent alot on this game already.... its upto the one who is spending to decide how much to spend on a game.... they can spend a few hundred, or a thousand or maybe even ten thousand or above.... the one spending ten thousand and above can do it and wont regret as they have alot of money to spare... i have spent kinda 5000 on this game man and i dont know, it was just that i had money to spare on it, maybe not 50,000 but only 5000.

What people spends their money on is none of your concern :) In fact, you should be happy about it. Big spenders are the reason for why KnD always has been F2P.

Get over it... Doesnt help to freak out like you just did.

Your thinking is backwards; money can buy happiness (toys/gadgets/prostitutes) what we shouldn't be paying for are basic necessities like gas, food, water etc.
no wonder you "wish your job was as good as his". Try not cutting down on your addiction to being an economic slave for a change.(pun fully intended)

Yeah money can definitly buy happiness. Ever be so broke that you couldn't eat dinner so that your kids could? Or, so you could pay to keep the heat and power on? Or HBO?! I could go on but am not. Money certainly buys happiness, I agree it's silly to drop that much cash on a sell phone game when instead you could buy a Maserati, but hey...

I have personally spent over $4,000 on this game in the past six months. Sure, I don't usually spend that much money on a game, and that money has had to come out of my budget for the charities I like to donate to, like The Wounded Warrior Project and The Children's Miracle Network, but when I open 300 chests and get an Epic then I know it's all worth it.

Poor kid is poor. Quit McDonald's and get a respectable job.

Most ppl that spend that much money on a game has more money then sense but they are the reason we get to play this game. What may seam ludicrous to us may be a drop in the bucket for others. I've spent maybe 1k $ on this game the whole time I've been playing and don't regret a penny of it.

80% of the people on this forum are gem spenders, best not rattle them. They all say the same "mind your business, whatever makes me happy makes me happy, my money... ect." Just know you are the rational one here. Anybody dropping even $5k+ on this game needs to re-evaluate their life/priorities.

He also probably makes more than most of us. I don't see why people are making a fuss about things. I'm sure you all waste money on pointless crap (although it may not be $100k, you probably buy multiple of this pointless crap, or multiple of different pointless crap, and it all adds up). Anyways, y'all complaining don't know Eunu irl so you have no right complaining about how much he spends or what he spends it on.

I recall an old post in which Euni said he is against the current economic system and that you should spend your money on what you want to spend it on (correct me if i'm wrong euni, my memory is a bit rusty :p ) and i think he is right, what's the point of saving up money for your entire life? Once you're dead you won't be able to use it any way. So OP, shut up and mind your own business and money. Euni is right, you're wrong. End of story. Now go cry in your corner of jealousy

lol. While I think the OP went incredibly overboard, I have to say "Jealousy"? Who exactly is jealous over another person spending $100k on a game? I don't care what other people do with their money, it's their money for a reason, but that's like saying a person should be jealous that another guy spent $100k on hookers for a year straight. That's nothing to be jealous over. Pitied maybe, for needing to find solace in hookers/video game, but not jealous ^^

Some people actually want to retire and not work until they're 80 or be on social assistance (assuming your country even has this) in their golden years. Nobody expects to take it all with them when they die, but look at how many seniors live below the poverty line... that could be you one day without some careful planning.

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever ^^ I pity someone who can only find enjoyment/comfort in a video game(or hooker, as I stated in my original post). I don't pity them because of the things they have, I pity them because they have to find enjoyment IN those things. I don't hold the same materialistic idea that others do, I enjoy the relationships I have in my life far more then I do any material good. If I had so much money that $100k meant absolutely nothing to me, and all my basic needs were met, I'd probably take a trip around the world, meeting new people, exploring new cultures. The concept of dropping $100k on a video game, or any material good that is so fleeting, is completely alien to me.

Your younger selves were capable of critical thought but instead you gave in to the system. Sad, really. What were merely understood as "conspiracies" were shut down by long term conditioning before you were able to actually understand the world we live in.

It's humorous how you refer to it so generally as "conspiracy theories". Do you know how many things that could be covering? Your arrogant ignorance is astounding. Not to mention feeling contempt for people that believe on the dreaded Conspiracy Theories.

Considering how condescending and snarky you've been right from the start, exactly how do you expect me to take ANYTHING you say remotely seriously, and/or not be incredibly snarky and condescending in return. You've been a complete prick from the start, calling people sheeple and snide remarks like "Oh, I bet you get your news from CNN and Fox, and think Fluoride is good for you".

And again, I don't need to look at those links, because I've already seen them. As I said, my best friend was highly into conspiracy theories(and that's EXACTLY what they are, don't pretend that they aren't, because they have no solid ground to back them up, they are just ideas with maybe the smallest modicum of truth/possibility to them to make them believable to certain people that are susceptible to that kind of thinking), so I've seen everything and likely more that you can link me to, and I've read it all.

To continue the snark "Continue believing that you're one of the few that actually know what's going on in this horrible, dark twisted world of us, keep on calling us all sheeple just because we don't share your viewpoint, and continue to not have friends because you eventually push everyone close to you away because of your insufferable attitude".

I'm done with this conversation, you're getting really boring, really fast. Maybe if you could have been polite from the start and tried to hold a reasonable discourse I'd be interested in continuing along with this, and maybe even actually hold a real conversation on some of the stuff found in those links, but you're piss-poor attitude has completely dissuaded me from that idea.

I didn't expect such a tirade of replies to this. I have spent a lot of money on stupid stuff. I dropped $8,000 on a bunch of vintage slot car stuff, I put $9,000 into an old '62 Dodge Dart that I ended up junking for $300, I spent upwards of $30,000 on tools I later sold for 1/10 that value. I was on Magic the Gathering online and spent a couple grand, and a few grand on the actual cards. I guess my statment was uncalled for, I understand having throw away money, and I agreed with some of the comments. I just find it hard to imagine spending that much money on something you won't have after the game ends. And that's coming..
Maybe I am jealous, but more to the fact of having money to burn, times are tight right now and I feel blessed just to have money for food, which isn't much often.
Do some research on Gree, and see how the CEO was the youngest billionaire in Japan. Also that he lost 2 billion in net worth. And what pisses me off is that rich people are killing America. Have any of you noticed a lot of manufacturing here? No, wanting to pad their wallet more, they moved their production to China. Almost every job in America now is service related.
Someone said Mr. $100K has a restaraunt, so he provides a service, being food. He probably employs 12 people, paying them $7.50-$12 an hour. I am pretty sure they, the workers, would have loved a portion of that money in their own pocket.

All while I count out quarters and dimes to buy a pack of smokes to keep my PTSD in check from my 14 month Iraq stint.

I'm sure you HAVE to have that phone right? Or if you are using your computer to be on the forums, do you really need that cable internet account? Anyone who complains about being poor here of all places should check their priorities.

Its the internet.

Everyone here is just some random person, who until verified by someone else, (as in they've legit met you, and knows what you look like, where you live, has seen your workplace/home/family/kids...) really doesn't even exist. You leave the forums and no one will ever know if you existed (the way you say you did) or not. You get into a car accident and you know what happens? There isn't a grand obituary for you posted here. You could be the guy who lives next door to me, but I wouldn't know or care. Its the internet. Don't whine about real life stuff here. Go be productive in the real world and go boycott Walmart for having more than you. See how that works for you. At least maybe there you'll have some people sympathetic to your cause.

Not here.

LOL, does anyone actually click the links that Eunich puts out? The only thing that's 100% clear at this point is that money can't buy intelligence. Eunich proves that without a doubt.

You all make some groundbreaking arguments, really none of the usual long term conditioned talking points I hear from every other human addicted to modern society & control based wage disparity.

/sarcasm

Duality is inherently wrong, may our world end soon.

I especially liked balldeeps back & forth of wasting money, hating others that waste money, hating wage disparity, talking about how I should pay my employees more instead of spending on K&D, then ending with money doesn't exist except as a control mechanism.
Make up your mind yet?
(Trolling aside, you seem to understand & agree with my points, but are obviously incapable of changing a very set in place system. The curse of being a homo sapien)

At least you're putting thought into the discussion. Infliction is just trying to troll & doing rather miserably at it.

Lol, I'm trolling the troll. At least you figured that part out. I'm going to assume you only act like this on the Internet. Otherwise, I truly do pity you, even if you don't want my pity.

One of your comments yesterday gave it away Infliction, lol
I do want your pity, I deserve it, but my guess is you pity me for totally different reasons, such as my inability to meld with the worldviews & people around me. My existence is far more tortured than any of you can imagine. You all at least crave certain instinctual needs & like waking up in the morning I would imagine. I wake up every day praying for death & seeing only the matrix of unneccary aggression & confrontation.

Have you read through my Facebook? I pretty much can't help but turn every conversation into something cynically esoteric, I would say real life is worse than on here. (less antagonism, more disdain)

This guy yesterday was actually scary accurate in his predilections of me.

Continue believing that you're one of the few that actually know what's going on in this horrible, dark twisted world of us, keep on calling us all sheeple just because we don't share your viewpoint, and continue to not have friends because you eventually push everyone close to you away because of your insufferable attitude".

The only thing he got slightly off is I choose to push ppl away if they can do nothing but spout the slavery status quo. & it's usually more immediate than "eventually" mhuahahaha

There isn't much that I dislike more than waking up in the morning. The only thing I pray for when I wake up is coffee, but I think that's addiction, not instinct. You want to see unnecessary agression and confrontation? Get between me and my Keurig in the morning.

Coffee, soda, sugar, frozen foods. Shouldn't exist. I don't ingest any if these things.

I respect this post for so many reasons some of you might not ever understand.
