I used to be a hourly MW player. But that time has passed! Just because of the fact that I use Android as my os....this is nothing new that MW plays favorites to ios. But this crap is steadily getting worse. A player between last war on ios (non gold) that only plays a hour or less a day was able to better me as a (non gold) Android player that plays hourly by 500k to 1mil..to put it other words. "I'm tired of working my @ss off and going backwards!.........I had fun for a little while. But it is over....thanks gree!...you could have done it a little different though!! MM

What do you mean was able to better you. And how do you know how much they play, besides, how much time you play is not a indicative of stats. Its what events you win at and go further in that dictate stats. The only thing playing all day ensures is being raided less.

Iam on android and had some advantages in the past with the dragon machines. There are 2 devicetypes in here with both pos and neg effects. I dont think the device influences stats.

our faction is 56 members and they are 75% iOS and 25% droid... As lighting strikes indicated, they both have negs and pos attributes. We have not found one gives a better gaming advantage than the other... We iOS players always have to ask the droid players "what is our actual placement?" during war weekend events since the iOS devices do not display that data. only which "tier" you are in, top 400, top 250, top 100.. etc

I play on 3 devices, 1 on iOS and 2 on android.
On the android devices some events show on one and not on the the other and vice versa, but all events show on iOS. It does seem that the game favours iOS.... But it's what it is, it's always been that way, it just makes the game more interesting from my point of view.

Playing on ios or Android has no effect on your stats. I'm stronger than most of my faction and my other account and I use android. Android has bugs but it's definitely playable.

The ios users definitely have the advantage now. There is a "airplane mode" cheat that some are using to do all of the limited time quests without using or having to buy energy. As a droid user I am pissed about it, and GREE refuses to fix it. They can complete all of the events within two days and never have to buy gold. We have to buy gold in order to begin prestige. GREE is aware of it as it has been reported, and fell on deaf ears. That why you cant keep up, and with three limited times this month, they will even be further ahead of you after Turkey if you dont finish all 3 events yourself. If all droid user would stand up, it may be fixed.

It's best not to talk about hackers as the comments just get deleted and accusers get banned. I was on a crusade a couple weeks ago to demand action. I recommended requiring the latest update. I can assure you the "airplane mode" ios7 cheat has not been fixed. I saw final prestige awards popping up all over the chat rooms in the last limited time event, and people bragging about getting them for free, while android users were struggling to get through normal.

Android doesn't have to be up to date to use, mine(Galaxy Nexus phone) is not up to date and it still works fine(other than the error screen when vaulting money). They might require you to be on a build that does not allow the glitch though, I have been required to update in order to get the game to load before. Getting back to the OP, my fully updated Galaxy Tab 2 will not let me participate in the current case event, I have the Goals and the splashscreen shows on startup, but I have no icon in the corner to tap on to get in an open any cases and I have had no cases drop. I don't see this as iOS being favored, as other Android devices have the same advantage over that device. Between my iPOD and Android phone, i get about the same stat increases other than the normal differences in loot drops and better luck in box events(which my Android currently has a 500k lead, mostly due to completing two Box 10 events that the iOS account did not complete.

Yes, I would and am. I should know. Lol. My point was the stats he mentioned are not a natural outgrowth of intelligent gameplay but rather the result of big spending. That's the nature of the game. I'm not criticizing it at all, just saying "let's keep it real."

To simplify, you don't get to play in top 3/4 or even top 10 crews through your SAT scores or MENSA membership. You get there and stay there with your wallet. If you don't realize that, let me be the first to tell you.

If they earn a few million bucks a year, who's to say they are not intelligent enough? They band together and monopolize the top ranks. I think it's a smart way to play this game but only if you have the dough to back it up.

And as for us the have nots...it's back to the daily grinder. I always have a certain degree of respect to campers because the are not only disciplined but they spend a lot less gold than I do. Everyone has different view points on how the game should be played, I respect their choices because it suits them and their budget.

If you use the airplane mode glitch/cheat/hack with ios7 you don't need the cash. You can finish every prestige limited quest event for free, and have all the big units, just not the boosts that you get from the wars.

Android users see how many hits they have made ie 7/27 in a little box above the figures. IOs has nothing. That means I have to count how many hits I make when prestaging so as not to go over. This results in mistakes and makes me less willing to prestage LTQ and FLTQ events. Would love for GREE to even the playing field by making this the same for both platforms if possible.

Actually everyone has this. Go into your settings and look for one hit kill. You can turn it on or off.

Lol what? I'm on iOS and I see it. Check your settings dude.

I have 2 accounts, 1 on each platform and I will say that the iOS is much more stable. I get a lot of server errors on the Android. Plus android still suffers from that game slowdown/animation lag issue. Maybe it's my device, dunno. I feel like the android version is pretty shaky in general.

I have one account on both and the main disadvantage is with the tapjoy free gold videos. I can get around 200-250 in between war events with the IOS but am lucky to get over 100 with my android. The devices are IPad mini and Droid Razr Maxx phone. I know thats "supposedly" a tapjoy problem but just seems too easy to fix to still be this bad.

There are a lot of server errors too on Android that are annoying but the game is still playable.
