Hello everybody.

My girlfriend had her phone stolen.
Do you know if there is any way she can have her KnD account back? She can still log the email linked to her googleplay account, so i guess she could prove to be the owner of it.


Any help would be really appreciated, she cares a lot about it :(

Yep - contact support and wait 2-3 weeks, when they ask if there is still a problem, then say yes. maybe if everyone didnt flood the support with stupid stuff it wouldn't take this long? sorry kid.

Sorry to hear about your girlfriend's misfortune. My phone crapped out on me and screwed me before I had a chance to bind my account. I've been waiting on a reply for 3 days so far. You can log in and check the status on GREE, but it doesn't tell you anything useful. Best of luck!
