Anyone have issues with Cycle Warpath Awards

Just checking with others.
I had an issue where Cycle Warpath level 12 showed me at 49/50 medals.
I completed level 16 of Battle Capabilities goal, which awarded a Medal.
Here is the but, But the Cycle Warpath Level 12 did not register the medal and did not drop the award unit for completing the goal.
I have screen shots showing that I was on level 17 of Battle Capabilities and Cycle Warpath still on level 12.
I have opened an in game ticket with Gree, and have heard back from Lee.....but the response is sorry, but we can't do anything because the records don't show you as having 50 medals.
The worst of this is I bought gold specifically to use 100 of it to finish level 16 Battle Capabilities (16 kills), so that I could get the 50th medal to complete Cycle Warpath level 12.

Just want to see if any other users ran into a similar type issue, as I am getting no where with Gree Tech Support.

I should've received medals that I didn't. Difficult to receive things you miss as Gree always says no!

my issue popped up with about 1 hour and 5 to 10 minutes left in the WD. which would have been about the same time all the factions were submitting in for final match-ups.

They screwed me on a few medals and i missed out on the unit. I sent a ticket and got an apology and was told they were "passing my issue along to the development team". Kid of funny considering this is the 3rd time I got the same exact response, verbatum....... for 3 different complaints over the last 2 months. Just goes to show you they dont really write their own responses. they just copy, paste and ignore you.
