I have a -30% and a -3% time mods yet my profile has them added up as -27% time, I hope this is just a display error and not an actual error. i'll be starting my final LTB upgrade in an hour so i'll check it out.

I think you are confusing the 25% faster and the 30% cheaper. I have a 25% faster and a 3% faster. I also have a 30% cheaper. Although 25+3 should it sshould be 28%, that is a different matter.

I think the OP is referring to a -25% building upgrade time mod that came from the Loaded Dice that was given out in a crate event way long ago. That coupled with the recent -3% building upgrade time mod that was given out last war for top 150 or 250.

I have the same -25% + the recent -3% and my stats page shows -27% too. Must be Gree math.

If you had the 25% faster upgrade and recently acquired the 3%, you'll see 27% rather than 28% because the 3% is being applied to the 75%.

Or

You upgrades are not stacking or adding to each other.

DoubleR7 is right. if you have a 25% time mod, then you get a 3% time reduction mod, the equation looks like this. 100% - 25% = 75% then you take the 75% remaining and reduce it by 3%. 75% X .97 = 73% roughly.
The reasoning for this is unlike other attack and defense modifiers which stack (meaning add together and could become above 100%, say to 135% car attack), the time modifier can never go above 100%, because time taken for an upgrade can't be reduced below zero. the same rules of modifiers would apply to upgrade costs modifiers, I would imagine.

Ah! Thanks. I was looking at it from the wrong way. Your right it now makes perfect sense.
