If I purchase the Giovanna's Demise for 1.5b and then my Syndicate finishes the SLTQ (the 20/20 prize is also Giovanna's Demise) will I get it a second time?

Gree does not generally divulge specifics like that. I would bet if anything, that if they didn't intend to make it possible to get 2, that they would change the next iteration of this type of SLTQ so that the prizes don't overlap. It seems unlikely that they would go removing prizes (it's not just the final prize, there is quite a bit of overlap of purchasable weapons and SLTQ goal prizes)

i personally have bought that item and my team will complete the SLTQ in the next coming hours, so they really better let us keep the two prizes or just give us our money back, 1.5B isn't easy to get, and i'm not giving up on them.
