We've been top 100 in every guild war and for the last few have moved into top 50 (my sig has all of our finishes).

Minimum level: 100+

I've only accepted one guy directly as an HC. He showed up with 100k+ from his last GW (3 days) and was the sentinal in his old guild. If you have that kind of situation I'll start you as HC. Otherwise I promote the best performing commander to HC after each GW.
