I sent this ticket in to GREE:

I am no longer getting the popup for the daily prize. I don't know if I
completed the last 30-day rotation but I have not gotten the prize for the
last 2 or 3 days. I have never missed one since starting MW. please send
the missing items and fix the issue so I get the popup daily.
I received a generic GTFO response from GREE the next day (not bad on the response time)

I am on android. Is anyone else experiencing this? At my low level the day 20-30 prizes are really helpful and I'm getting penalized because it no longer works but they've been completely mute about the whole deal.
I would appreciate an ETA and if it doesn't affect everyone, will we get similar items to compensate?
