Best method to farm concrete?

I just go down the rivals list and hit everyone until I find a guy paying out $300,000 then hit him 11 more times.
You end up losing a few, but it's te best way I've found.

Raids produce next to nothing for me.

dont bother farming concrete bare back the wars there is almost next to no point of having a wall below level 10 and even then u only need 5 people taking it down. My tip is that if u are having trouble building walls dont build them save the money and the concrete for the next war etc

I have to differ from my esteemed colleague. Perhaps for a higher level faction this is true. But for our team (just starting to crack the 1,000 mark) they have made the difference in more than few battles. We're a pretty relaxed group, we allow members to take the time off they need to tend to real-life issues. Of a team of 32, we have an average available for battle of 9. If a level 10 wall removes 12 hits that would otherwise be used against us, it's done it's job. Then again, I could be wrong. Would like to here anyone's rebuttal.
