I decided to get my old account back. Of course the Indians spammed my wall. Wow and people still think you are good. No wonder i left. Really glad I did it!( Both)

I sent a ticket at 10:43 EST time. 2 hours later i sent another ticket asking for the status of my first ticket. That means that you have a better chance if you submit a ticket asking for the status. I am 2/2 under a week when i did this. I got a reply 4 hours later. After replying a few times i got my account back in under 12 hours. If your ticket isn't responded to, do what I did

Yes that is the correct way but that doesn't work all the time.

Yep, just like mine, got mine in 11hrs, no additional status mails, just one polite mail with all the info

Did that include iTunes/Google Wallet info? One of my guys is trying to get his account back & they're requesting info about his google wallet acct. Probably for security purposes to verify its his account. Never heard of that being part of the recovery info needed tho

It really, honestly just depends on what else is going on in the ticket queue. Also, yeah, we've increased the security questions, but sometimes we can verify from this side.

when i send tickets and don't send another one asking for the status, it NEVER gets replied to or it takes weeks. CJ, tell annie (support specialist)good job!
