Progressive Results from iOS guild war - Jan 17-20

The winner of the war is the Rainbow Room! Congratulations team! The Rainbow Room started off and maintained the lead throughout the entire 72 hour duration! At a final score of over 23 million, it wasn't quite the "double" of the 2nd place winner, but hey over 6 million point gap is nothing to be ashamed about!

With a fairly comfortable gap, the Red Phoenix are the gold medal winners! What a way to start the year TRP! Something tells me that we will be seeing this guild in the top 10 more often!

The 3rd place honor goes to MTF - another new face in the top 10 club. A little bird tells me that MTF does not believe in knight stripping (and my mother tells me that there's nothing wholesome about interacting with strippers, but I digress) :D Folks, if you ever wondered if it is possible to play competitively without stripping the answer is YES! The question is, are you willing to take the risk for more fun and challenge?

The rest of the top 10 battle was much more neck to neck - unfortunately, the guild that lost its holding is Konoha, unfortunate considering that this guild was in the 4th place 4 hours before the end of the war.

All in all this was an exciting fight with the new and the old - many of the Rainbow sisters have dropped out of the top 10 race.

NEW UPDATES!!!!!

We have less than a day to go, and what is that I smell? Is Rainbow Room nervous despite their dominating lead with gaps exceeding several million points? Whatever it is, they seem to have woken up since the earlier part of today and are earning those points.

The Red Phoenix are determined to secure their gold medal status - way to start the new year team! At some point the top 10 cluster were catching up, but TRP has not run out of gas - a second push occurred at around 48th hour mark.

Not to be outdone, MTF, a brand new guild in the crowd, is still going strong, still at 3rd place. All in all, 11 guilds are in contention for top 10 (maybe next war Rainbow Rug?) ! Will Kaos be able to bump off one unlucky guild out of the race in the last hour?

Wake up! The game is not dead LOL :D

It's the first long war of year 2014 and the brave warriors are back and in full force! It's been a little over 24 hours since the 72 hour war has started, and we are seeing a lot of new activity!

As of a few hours ago, the Rainbow Room leads the war, surpassing the 15 million point mark.... BUT it does seem like they are under a bit of pressure as the top 10 contention is firing up!

We have a few new faces folks - I should give props to the Red Phoenix who seems to have made the decision to rise above the ribbons. Maybe the last blitz war was a hint to this - but they are now a #2 guild and at a nearly 2million points above the 3rd place. It seems like there was a huge push that occurred sometime in between the 18th and 22nd hour mark. Let's see if they can keep it up for the next two days!

Another new guild to the club is MTF, struggling to keep the 3rd place spot which is being trailed very closely by the veteran power guilds - the Centurions and Dark Prince Alliance.

As usual, there's a huge gap between the guilds contending for the top 10 spot, and those who decide to remain content in the ribbons. It seems like there's one two many guild (again) and possibly another (Rainbow Rug, are you giving up or not?) who will leave at least one guild left behind consuming a bit too many gems for an old epic boss armor.

Two days left still until the end of the war! 2014 is a new era after all! Good luck!

Cafe, I like seeing new guild names, though, I've never fully understood the reasoning behind joining a guild with an Acronym for a name. Rainbow Coalition, Cents, & DPA were built on the blood & years of very old school players. Like you said, the game isn't dying, & the newest influx of gemmers proves this.

If they would put in a Past War Winners screen like the other Gree games have, maybe people would know to seek out Rainbow Coalition in the first place rather than overspend to make a name for themselves. I would never hold guild loyalty against someone, but sooner or later you are spending money to do yourself an injustice.

Well, yes that would be one reason. A top 25 take over by RC - Why would we want that? Like I also said during that conversation, I respect what you have done. You, without a doubt, lead the number 1 guild, and have from the start. Creating and maintaining that is no cake walk. Props.

If we were all on your team though, if there were no factions, how would the wars be any fun at all? As for $$, warring with RR could certainly not be cheaper. It looks like you have the most expensive wars of anyone to me.

We were #1 every single war with 4 feeder guilds receiving our support in losses before stripping was even known to exist. Don't kid yourself, we don't need stripping & already barely use it. It's only current benefit is my busier RL players can get 3-700k in 2 days instead of 3.

frankly speaking...it would be nice to see somebody else get first or second...RR and DPA are getting boring...Everybody is joining the two guilds for the consistent top two position. I am kind of sick of seeing the graph drawn by Cafe... LOL

It would be good to also have the leechers spread across more guilds rather than all applying to come DPA, Cent, Kohana and etc... whahaha

Anyway, it is just a game...just enjoy urself... lol

This is where a guild master will "strip" all their powerful armor off and put weak armor on then remove 2 of their knights. You get the most points for defeating the guild master, and with only one knight to beat you can deafeat him more often so guilds in alliances would strip their guild masters for each other so that they could both get huge point boosts.

As a MTFer, I'm proud to say we placed 3rd without implementing this strategy.


Thanks Mobus. Kind of ingenious, but much like the "Referral Glitch" it kinda takes the fun out of it. Our guild, Dragoon Warriors, made a strong showing ranked 123 in the last war. Not bad as far as im concerned...

I just wish there were better rewrds... (Like x25 or x50 1 star armors [ie Crius or Chimera] because you're just gonna use those to Enhance better armors...)

Mobus, if I may... I guess you guys use gems? How many would you say on average? Really just curious what a top tier guild does to get in the top 10. Does your whole guild gem? How many each?

We also like to brag that we were undefeated even after facing 6 of the top 10 guilds (including The Red Phoenix!) but as both RR and TRP have proved, it's about the scoreboard not the record.


Hopefully we get Gquests "win X battles/X consecutive battles"
