Finish LT building after event ends?

If I start an upgrade to the LTE Building (ANi Headquarter) during a war, but don't finish until after the clock runs out, do I still get the prize for that level when the building does finally complete the upgrade?

No, there's a timeframe on the event and you do not get the unit if not completed by that time. If your on one of the last 3, the unit is well worth the gold to finalize that level.
