We're coming up on a whole month without a reply. Is this normal? Our last reply was something to the effect of (and this is not a direct quote) "your issue is being elevated to a Crime City Player Experience Specialist and they will reply to you as soon as possible".

I know I bring this up fairly frequently and its tiresome to continually beat the dead horse. Unfortunately, I feel obligated to do so for the 45+ members of Boston's Finest who dedicated their time and efforts to earning us that T400 position in the Club District War Event.. Some of whom purchased gold to help secure that position (myself included). Support hasn't responded for almost a month now & this is the only way I can think of now to rectify the mishap...

So, I apologize fellow forum-goers for bringing this up, but it appears that I'm out of options.

The mods said there were more of them roaming the forum this weekend to gauge feedback on this latest event, so hopefully you'll hear soon. Fingers crossed for you anyway,

If you read the entire OP you would understand my persistence. This isn't just for me, its for 45+ other people who dedicated 4 days worth of their time, effort and (some) money.

I'm not sure why this thread would have attracted the attention of trolls using ethnic slurs, but I hope that the mods ban the users instead of the thread. The OP has a legitimate grievance and deserves to be heard.

Considering your request, they may be hesitating to give you the top 400 prizes which you deserved..
But I think your syn points was glitched i.e, it was showing a couple hundred extra points than you actually had, so the ranking showed less..

It showed us at 401st & 402nd, both with 966505 points. My issue is that those battle result splash screens are generated from the server and are sent to the clients that participated in said battle. So how that 303 points was taken away from us after the war had ended is a little beyond me.

Couple that with the heinous lag which only allowed me to use 4 of the 16 health refills that i had, over the course of a half hour... Surely that would have given us another couple thousand points that we apparently needed. (This is all asides the point though. There are pictures of our final battle- generated by the server, showing us with 966505 points, placing us at 400th ..)
