What an Epic Fail. Props to Gree for advertising an epic that doesnt exist. I didnt buy any chests but for all those who bought chests hoping for new epic please file a report with itunes or google and ask for your money back... Seriously this is a scam

When Gree finds out they screwed up I hope they dont just silently put the epic back in the chest and claim that it was there all along.

Edit: Gree might have lowered the chance of getting the epics by alot and then increased it 3x for chest - Which is lower than the chance of getting epics in a Non 3x,4x,5x chest. Could be.

The armor doesnt even show up in chest slideshow and if you look through arena or epic boss or top ten guilds nobody has it this goes for both platforms afaik

A guildie of mine just got gifted with the new epic hours after they opened the chest. Perhaps gree is now randomly handing them out to people who opened the chest earlier. I also opened chests but haven't been given the epic so suspect it's random

I also got gifted for the epic a few hours after i opened up quite alot of chests without anything good in them, there was a message that i got it but they failed to deliver it earlier and they apologize for the delay. :cool:

Funny if you look at the armor rotation, today the new epic is in it but isn't grouped with the other epics as usual. Yesterday the new epic wasn't even in the lineup.

Makes me wonder...........would be nice if GREE would post something confirming what was going on.

Well, I opened frigging 40 boxes and haven't received jack. I got 40 2 stars on all of them. I bet GREE messed up with the chests originally. I have filed a complain. For once I would like for them to own up for their mistakes

That's rather sad and I do feel you should get some compensation eventhough it's part of the game really.

The problem with this issue is that no one knows how the people it got gifted to got chosen. Was it random? Was it people who complained? Was it people who spent the most? I would rather them take the rewards I got from chests back and give me my gems to re open them. Or maybe just gift me some keys to open some.

The problem with this is that some are not getting compensated, regardless of how much they spent. It was false advertising, so people paid to get something that was not made available to them. No matter if they opened 2-100 chests, they should get their money back.

And how can a company figure out which players should have received a epic from a chest when they can't replace armors that was lost during a server rollback.

It is a little bit of a mixed message from Gree. Some were gifted new epic others just got the shaft. For once they just need to eat costs for their mistake and return gems used on chest when the new epic wasn't available

The rewards were distributed the same way that would normally happen in the chest pull. There was an issue with the delivery of the epic armor that needed our engineers to go in and get it to the players that would have originally received them.
