case event is a glitching joke

First it wouldnt fully push update so everytime i opened a case it said i failed and i kept the case but timer reset to 1 hour. Then i uninstall crime city and reinstall it and lose my ltb and 1mil stats. I update game and it fixes. Ok things are back on track? Nope got two snow things and im magically reset to 0. Ill pass on the vault for this event, god knows what glitch will occur next. This event is dangerous
