A more Useful Cement Factory ;)

The vast majority of players have a cement factory. Cement is the binder that is used to make concrete....see where I am going with this peeps?

I know the current purpose of the cement factory is as a boost building to lower build/upgrade costs. But why not give it new purpose? Why let this little building go untouched all day long everyday. How about letting it spit out concrete when raided by another player?

It could be a 6 hour building, producing potential 4 concrete blocks a day ;). Yes, collections on a 6 hour building suck. That's the point ;)

You only receive one concrete when you make the third hit on the target (raider would not receive one for each hit). Concrete is scarce and mostly just a pain to collect.

Some said GREE would never change it to where officers/leaders could only declare war and look what we are going to have this WD event. Well maybe we will...jury still out on if it will work properly. Lol

There is a reason i spent a long time upgrading it to lvl 10.

I never said it needed to lose the boost function. Just adding additional functionality to it.

Or it could even be an 18 hour building... Difficult to collect...easy to raid ;)

Ahh okay it seemed like you were giving it a new purpose...not an additional purpose. If its an additional purpose then sure? Seems like it would be fun for many players.

I quite like the idea of the concrete provided by the cement factory!

When Lvl 15 walls came out, our faction, like most I presume, went hell for leather on them. Lvl 15 all the way.

I think this lasted for 2 maybe 3 wars,,,,,,,,, then we ran out!!!!!

In CoD we have decided not to bother with Walls, and to spend the cash on def bonus instead! We have almost maxed out our def without Walls for the last 2 wars, and it has not effected our placing in the overall battle!

we now have almost 6000 blocks btw. :o

I like the idea. Either that or an additional building that produces concrete. Ive always been a supporter of a faction bonus that increases the concrete drop rate for the faction members. Either way, Ill take about anything to increase the concrete stockpile.

Rud you beat me to it! I was gonna suggest a new building like a concrete building 18 hour collect 1 concrete 2 hour totaling 6. Raiding 3 times gets your 6 total leaving you with 1 to collect.. Love the idea or just double up on cement factory! Either way we need this for future development. I'd use gold to buy it for sure!

Maybe we could just win a wd unit with concrete drop boost when attacking rivals similar to valor payout boost...just my thoughts...
