If it's like the last quest it only matters if you finish the individual and are present in the guild when guild side is done.

how are the mobs in Heroic? we haven't made it to Heroic yet and I have spent a few gems to help but without a new weapon or armor using stones is useless cause I don't do enough damage. we are about done with 8/10 on normal.....
