I had to factory reset my phone and lost my account.
I sent in a ticket with all the info and BOOM! They restore it in only 11 hours!
Wow, I thought it would take weeks, but really, thank you support! :D

i think stuff like this is pretty easy for them to handle. I've always had fast response times for these kinds of requests. I guess its other things that require a lot more research, that take a long time to resolve.

It makes it easy if you give then the right information. I always save a copy of my settings every couple of months.

It has all the information they need. Maybe we should put up a guide so people can see how to do it?

A&F had put up a video on how to transfer, but if you lost your account, send a ticket with:
Name of old character, level, mafia code, device type and last login time &
Name of new character starting from the beginning, level & mafia code.

That's all, if you have all the information correct, they do it pretty fast :)

I have waited 5 DAYS with the same problem and no response at all from Gree. At some point I will be so far behind from the lodt time that it will be pointless to return. Please help!! My tivket is 1288410

I lost my phone a month ago got a new phone a week later and have been emailing GREE ever since about my account finally after 3 weeks I get a reply from Shirley yelling me if I have my device to restore my date in game after I emphasized I lost my phone this was 4 days ago and still nothing no reply after replying to the same ticket I finally started a new ticket hoping to feet someone besides this Shirley someone please help I already sent them screenshots of my old and current account and bank statements bought a lot if gold in that account
