Any mod please get this to the right person. I am leader of top 10 syn Crime City Rollers. Today one of my officer logged onto his mini account level 88 8mil attack and ended up finding he had someone else's account that was around the same level as him and it was a level 90 account. We had noticed the person changed his name on our officer a account to Emi or Emmie and then removed it from our syn. Since he left he has now changed it to "Keep Lookin'" and has removed sold his entire hood. The officer that lost his account has sent a ticket in with SS of his mafia ID and name, stats, level and all other info messed for y'all to find it. We need this guy who has done this taken care of and somehow banned once y'all find it. Just don't want this to gaol me to anyone else out there. It's clearly he hacked my officers account cause of how fast he changed his name and especially to what he changed his name to. So i am asking can y'all please look into y'all's tickets for one that is from a game name "Knut" with heading of Emil "Account got hacked". He needs his achy back ASAP along with all his buildings and whatever gold he had on it I imagine the guy has spent. This officer of know is a huge asset to the team and he is losing time he could be farming Raid Boss drops which then turns into stat he is losing on making it stronger. Thank you in advance for your help. My officer has gone to bed as he lived in EU area and if you need anymore info please message me so i can get it to you.

i am the guy that has his account hacked (my mini account named "little knut")

i still get no answer from the tickets i sent to gree.
i am ****ing pissed cause all my gold has gone (nearly 3500)
it need to be fixed asap !
i already sent 3 mails with no answer.

please gree fix it today !!

If you're not receiving the automated email response within 5 minutes of sending your ticket in, they have blocked your email &you should try from a different email address

I have my follow up number , already sent at least 5 mails to gree with all the info and NO NEWS.
more than a game it s a pleasure (or was !) to play crime city but at the end of the day it is real money !!
My account still had approx 3500 gold which is a lot of money !
I can't believe accounts can be hacked like that with no consideration yet. I hope a senior supervisor will take care of my problem asap and give me back all my gold, my stats...
I have always played cc fairly and bought lots of gold. In such cases gree should have a special unit to deal with it !! For now my stats will not level up cause i can t kill bosses.
I hope to have it back asap with everythin PLUS some complimentary gold from gree for all the inconvenience !!!

Of course we're going to look into this. We're experiencing a slightly higher delay than normal in Crime City tickets at the moment, which I'm guessing is the reason you haven't received a reply yet. We don't know what's in the ticket until we get to the ticket.


If you're not receiving the automated email response within 5 minutes of sending your ticket in, they have blocked your email &you should try from a different email address

This is faulty misinformation. The main cause for that is the replies getting caught in the spam folder; if you do not get the initial ticket confirmation the first thing to do is check your email's spam folder.

We have a total of around 10-15 accounts blocked from sending to support across all the games (all for good reasons), so this isn't some constant thing. Also, sending from a different email address if you have already been warned/blocked can result in an account ban, so this is not good advice even in those cases.

I only made that comment because I never received that automated ticket confirmation from my primary email (no it didn't get sent to the spam folder & that email never received a reply from support). After not receiving the automated confirmation I sent from a secondary & received the confirmation immediately.

This leaves me wondering what I could have done to be one of those 10-15 on that list as I never received a warning or a message about my email being blocked.

Ps- still waiting to hear from that " Crime City Player Experience Specialist"

Lastly, I am friends with someone on that list and that person was only guilty of telling you folks at gree just how bad you've made things. You folks at gree exacerbated the problems he had to the point where he decided to tell a certain rep just what he thought, because that rep was the primary instigator for lack of a solution. Like I said, you guys should have no more events, wars, contests, raffles, auctions, sales, whatever, until your game works at least 98% of the time. That's not unreasonable AT ALL, given the money some folks shell out to you. The support staff at gree dismisses reasonable requests at a whim. This needs to be looked into. Some folks there at gree like to use the forum as their own attention showboat. That needs addressing too. You folks need to fix the problems instead of silencing those that tell you there are problems.

Lets start with Teflon Don. He has told you his emails aren't being replied to. That should be an immediate fix. It also appears you folks still need to secure accounts better because people are still losing their games.

You folks at gree should also consider suggestions given to you by players. I myself have made some great suggestions.

CJ, nothing against you personally, my comments are addressed at all staff there. You and other folks there at gree seem to be forced into being corporate yes men. Everybody needs a job, but is it worth being the first line against this kind of scrutiny?

They dont care. They still owe me 75 gold and I got the proof...havent seen that since decemeber and I keep sending emails to.

Also, that "Crime City Player Experience Specialist" hasn't contacted me yet and its been over 3 weeks (we'll call it 2 weeks factoring the holidays).. Could that possibly be expedited?
