I'm just going off whats on the menu :) I'm hoping for 10 with cash but thats super hard. Mind you I did it in Canada war, where the top prize was Shrike Superiority Fighter with 8k stats lol. That was my best unit by far at the time...

It would be nice to see what the odds are on opening a crate and getting a token. It could be like the epic boss when checking the rewards. It tell you your chances of rare, uncommon and common would be nice to see for example to get the 7th token 10% chance, 9th token 3% and 10th 1% or whatever the figures are.

Pretty sure that obtaining tenth is less than 2% chance with a successful open. At least that's what it used to be; I'm assuming it still is in that range.

I have had the same problem happen to me at least 4 times since I have been 9/10, guessing that is gree's way of saying "you aren't getting 10"

That's a crappy client bug. Every now and again, the client will send two requests to open the same lockbox to the server. What happens is:

-Server processes the first request, opens the box, gives you a thing.

-Server gets ready to send the notification back about what you got. Sees another request.

-Tries to process the request except the box is already gone.

-Sends you back the "sorry, better luck next time" message because it doesn't know what else to say, even though you got a prize.

So basically you never get the notification of what you got. People HAVE gotten the 10th item on one of those before, which leads to some interesting support exchanges.

The drop rate for cases on Android has been abysmal ever since the boss event ended.. not to mention crates dont register in your inventory when you attack rivals. You can only obtain them from raiding buildings and pve.

I wanted to try and earn 10 heads, but if cant get any cases, its an impossible task. Oh well..

I've had good luck receiving crates from high-level map bosses. Sgt Benton in Training Estate is a monster to hit, but for me he gave me 4 crates for 4 hits.

Getting them to open, that's a different, and much sadder, story.

I really wanted it because since I'm pretty new (I've only playing for a month or so) the unit would dramatically increase my stats (by about 50%) so it would have been sweet. I don't know though I've spent about $100 since the live event/Chile campaign started which I'm starting to think is a little crazy...

I could have bought a new dress for that! Damn this addictive game!! I think I'm going to be super bitter if I don't get the 10th before the end of the event.

Keep in mind that in past collect 10 events that some forum members have spent 1000s of gold bars and never received the 10th item.

Spent a vault and got stuck at 9/10 on the first day. Then out of frustration changed to cash open and was stuck for 2 days before the 10th finally dropped.

Many lessons learned.

Absolutely ridiculous. Collectively I've spend over 700 gold bars on this POS event and theres cats here who have managed to get the 10th head with only cash. Gree needs to get their priorities straight. That sealed the deal for me; I will never spend gold on this game again.

I was on sapphire event...3,5 days without any sapphires at all...it happens, just be wise and dont waste gold on it.
