boss wont trigger

gree, please address the issue, i have tried every combination to trigger a boss, exiting game after hitting a rival, waiting 2-5 minutes, hitting different npc's nothing is working, i have used 50 stamina and 4k energy and only got 1 boss. this is FREAKING ridiculous, please fix asap,

in crime city the boss will trigger on first hit every 1.5 minutes.

I had this problem on the first day with my android account. Wouldn't trigger until about 5 hours in. Today, my iPhone has been having trouble the last 3-4 hours, but my other iOS devices and android are fine. A faction mate on an iPhone is also having some trouble.
