The 6-7 vaults (9,000-10,500 gold) is the standard bare minimum amount of gold required to get the 1,500 individual wins top trophy, unless you are an older player and/or a top elite faction player in possession of the now very rare Individual Health Regeneration Time (HRT) bonuses granted through specially awarded bonus units in the past (before we newbs came along or were strong enough to be able to get them) to supplement your Faction HRT bonus.

This has been calculated and tested as follows:
-1,500 Indy attacks divided by 4 attacks per Health Pack = 375 Health Packs to Recharge your Expended Health.
-375 health packs multiplied by 25 gold cost per health pack = 9,375 gold.

Consider with 12-hour shifts you battle back-to-back battles and can figure at least 36-50 total battles in the 72 hour WD event period that you are able to participate in.

The standard maxed HRT faction bonus is -35%, you regenerate one free attack every 17 minutes.

Consider that Level 1-15 wall hits, command center hits, and hits that result in losses don't count towards 1,500 Indy wins, but require 25% of your health bar each hit.

Consider that scoreboard wins from your rival attacking you and losing which shows as a win on your tally count don't count towards 1,500 Indy wins either.

Consider that if a power attack or two is required to bring down the defense leader's shield, that it only counts as 1 Indy win if you are successful, but it burns 100%-200% of your health.

Consider the inevitable and that the 1,500 Indy wins is the primary key to turning the top wins and streaks trophies into the even bigger grand and warpath trophies to maximize your total stat increase with a multitude of double digit stat bonuses that stack forever and exponentify all your top 3000 units plus whatever placement trophies you end up getting for an amazing WD prize yield that surges you instantly 4-7 million past everybody each warpath war since they didn't complete it.

If you are not a wtf trophy hunter, you are right... 6-7 vaults of gold per war is just plain absurd not to mention the insane amount we invested in getting this far.

Yes, you are not as serious as we are about doing what it takes to get ahead in a game economy that is plagued with inflation and subsidies that prevents such.

We are the elite, and the pursuit of prestigious progression and accomplishing the impossible through advanced strategy is how we enjoy this game.

If you have already invested gold and time into completing all the interim events to have all 48 medals prior to the start of war and you need all 22 WD event medals to make 70 total and complete warpath level 16... You can't get it without the 1,500 Indy wins (unless gree messes up like they did in Cuba) and 6-7 vaults of gold is what it costs to get that.

You also can't complete warpath level 16 (70 total medals) without completing all faction wins and streaks which is pretty much impossible to do for 95% of factions. To be able to get into those 5% of factions that can, you need to have super high stats that inflate every war and an even crazier amount of Gold to complete super high WD point requirements.
