There has been multiple threads about this in the past month. Yes you can. You have to contact support and they will transfer for you.

I also have asked for transfer and it has been almost 3 days with n0 response (request#1250096). I upgraded phone from android to iphone and was told to start new account on iphone and then send id# for old and new account along with last time accessed and last gold purchase.
I want to swap accounts and put my account from android onto iphone and keep new account on iphone and transfer to android for one of my kids to use. If not possible then would just like my account transferred from android to iphone
