Stop getting my hopes up Gree

Come on Gree, you send me emails that you are working on getting me back into my account and then nothing.
You ask me to send you all my info so I send it and nothing.
You send me a email saying my account does not exist, yet I give you info that it does.
You tell me you are sending my info to Android specialist and they reply telling me how to get a refund on money spent or gold which is not my problem.
My problem is I'm locked out of my game for a month now.
You keep getting my hopes up that when I try to log in I will be back on my account but no, same crap, you are still trying to force me to start over.
I have missed out on so many events now, not only hurting me but my faction as well, get me back in my account.
I guess because I am a free player I don't matter enough for you to do anything about getting me back in my account.
GREE, GET ME BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.

I just had the same thing happen to me last week, but they got my account back for me within 24 hours, but I am a gold player

As far as me saying I'm a free player, oh they are fully aware of that, this is not my first rodeo with them, this has happened before and it took them almost 2 months to get me in last time but I didn't know about the power of the forum, lol.

If you ever sent a ticket into Gree then all the info they need would be listed on the bottom of that email. Otherwise you can send a new ticket in with your screen name level and the faction you are in and go from there.

Come on Gree, this is getting old, I post on here and you send me a couple emails again asking for my information and again I send it to you and then nothing for a few more days. I've sent you everything you've asked for and much more proving I'm who I am and still nothing. Get me back in the game.
