ANI HQ - Level 10 upgrade cost

Hey everyone. Going by the info in the forums here the cost to upgrade the ANI HQ from level 9 to 10 should be 1 billion without cost reductions. Anyone that has upgraded it from 9 to 10 notice how much it was? Mine is telling me it is going to cost 1,003,665,792 which is more than the un-adjusted amount. All other level upgrades have worked fine up until this point. I have -17% upgrade costs and level 8 to 9 cost me 501 million. I was thinking around 800 million or so would be from 9 to 10.

Anyone else having issues with the cost reduction for 9 to 10 not working? Or is the info for the upgrade from 9 to 10 incorrect?

I haven't gotten that far yet, but I'll have over 1 billion just to make sure it's covered. After upgrade starts I'll just dump remainder in faction. I just started 6 or 7 this morning. Vault at 1.5 billion now. Other costs have worked for me as well to this point.

That is what is weird. The upgrade cost reduction has worked on every other level until now, and also on all of my other buildings the cost reductions are applied to upgrades.

These numbers are correct, others are posting based on toolkit, which systematically is way too low for the latest levels.

My level 7 upgrade only cost 174 million

yeah my upgrade to lvl 10 cost me 994m

and the time was way off to 72hrs to finish lvl 10
