This is designed to suck up a lot of gems, I'm sticking with the low hanging fruit, levels 1-3 of the 4 sub quests. Don't even want to guess how many gems this would require. Lvl 5 of one sub quest took 90 energy per hit and I barely scratched him with best weapon in the game.

is there a min level for the LTQ ? Just getting started (lvl 11), and I don't see it. I do see the guild one (War Effort) only. App updated and restarted - no dice.

if you are not high enough in level to have the maps unlocked required for the quest you will not be able to see the quest

Splash screen said that the final reward was 110k. The in game quest screen paints an 11k reward. Be careful before blowing gems on this, as the quest screen is likely to be the right one...

I think pushing this 24 hr quest on us while the other one is still active might be the worst thing gree has ever done .
We can complain about bugs, unfair matchups , unfair PvP results but that is all computer/ programming driven .
This is a conscience and calculated plan by gree to make us choose between 2 quests that most of us won't finish anyway . I just wish the gem users would band together once and no one spend on this 24 hr quest ( which btw didn't laid for me until 4:30 eastern )making it a 22 1/2 hour LTQ

Hard closed iPad, still see no targeted monsters. There are other ones with no target arrow, should I attack them?

You're right about war rewards. Not happening anymore for our guild since the mini guilds with multi million attack. We do our best and try for as many points as we can now, rarely win any wars. Has ruined a major part of the game for us. So yes, I am considering bailing after even finally reaching 2m attack. Not worth spending more gems on it.

I've been playing KA since oh, say, April or May 2012... never been a gem player, nor do I have gem players in my guild (so count me out of top 200/20/2 etc LOL)

I bring that up to say that I'm still playing because it's usually fun to play (not FUN!) and my favorite part of the game is these LTQs (the ones that we usually have a spreadsheet for). A multi-part quest involving the four elements should make me very happy, since it's what I play the game for, and I normally would look forward to getting through as much of it as I could in five days or so. Now, however, in its desire for people to spend gems, Gree has taken a really potentially enjoyable 5 day quest and jammed it into a 24 hour time period-- knowing full well that it is impossible to come close to finishing this quest without many many gems :-(

Where is the fun, Gree?? You have forgotten that the customer comes first :-(

Please consider returning the fun back to your game, and leveling back on the bad decisions, please... thx!

Okay, this is the second time I've finished killing one of the 5/5 bosses for this event, gotten the reward splash screen for it, then didn't see the progress on the main Calming the Elements quest line. No matter what I do at that point I'm screwed - the next time I come into the game the 5/5 quest appears again and the 5/5 boss is at full strength! WTF!?!

I'm going to submit a trouble ticket for it but I'm sure I won't get appropriate compensation and with these setbacks I won't be able to finish the event. Grrrrr...
