in game it tells you they will not carry over, i think the wording is all folders expire when the event is over. hope this answers your question

You should be using these folders to call level 80-90 bosses non stop to get gold free units after your faction has met the raid boss goals. Great way to pad your stats and these levels offer the best units without crazy amounts of energy needed to beat him. We keep a level 80, 85, and 90 boss going non stop so all members can get these units and we can try to use up all the extra folders we have before the event ends.
