Send a ticket to support through your game asking to be included in the gold bonus programme. They'll send you the details, but as said you need to spend a minimum of $500 (or the equivalent in other currencies - £400 in UK Sterling for instance) in a calendar month to be eligible for next month's bonus.

Gold bonus tiers :

$500 = 2,500
$1,000 = 5,000 + crate level equivalent exclusive item
$2,000 = 20,000 + crate level equivalent exclusive item
$3,000 = 45,000 + crate level equivalent exclusive item
$5,000 = 125,000 + crate level equivalent exclusive item
$10,000 = 250,000 + event level equivalent exclusive item

It does not matter if you buy gold on sale or not. All that matters is you have to spend at the minimum of $500 to get that tier of bonus. You have to keep count of how much you spend. I just bought 7 vaults on sale. That gave me an extra 3000 gold for only $60 more. Now I will get my bonus at the beginning of next month.

Gree is no longer giving any gold bonuses sorry for the inconvenience, there reasoning is something along the lines of spending 10k a month on a game is absolutely ridiculous

To be clear- Bonus is based on the actual purchase price. In other words, if Gree has a sale, during which a vault is 79.99USD, that is all you get credit for. You do not get credit for the 99.99USD that a vault normally costs. Also, any taxes do not count. I think it's also worth mentioning, that the bonus program used to be a lot more generous..... If I recall, $2k used to get you 30k gold.......Granted you didn't get the crate item, but ummmm.....a crate item? Really?

That's an understatement. It used to be based on buying x number of vaults per month - the price of them was irrelevant - and if you played more than one game on the same device, all purchases made on that device counted towards the bonus. I pretty much quit buying multiples when the second was removed, and vaults altogether when the money spent became the criteria.

That system was great way back when it was like twenty people and we could do it all by hand. Necessary semi-automation forced us to change it to the current way.

CJ I guess thanks for that info ...but I would like to know if they are on it and will hand out bonus before raid boss ends !!! Not cool ...like this event and don't want to buy more gold as I'm suppose to have my bonus! Peeps can get info about bonus ...so find it strange this thread up a moderator drops in but has nothing to say our concerns. Please forgive me but thread is about not receiving bonus for dec. As always it puzzles me, why GREE goes silent when there's problems. It happened when the program was revised, and now there's problems with the fulfillment of the bonus, and no news. I accept there can be problems with the coding or with the numbers, but I don't think it's acceptable that there's no info at all about what is wrong, and when we can expect the bonus, after all we paid for it, and it has affected a lot of players I know, including myself.

There's no problem that we're aware of. The December bonus was already added. If people have questions or concerns about that, send in a ticket with the word "bonus program" in the body and we can look into it for you.

Actually no. Our support software (which is otherwise really solid) cannot search subject lines/email titles. We can see them, but not auto-sort for them. So in this case putting it in the main body of the ticket/email is the way to go.

We spot-checked a few of these in the last hour. In all cases so far, someone just didn't reach a tier.
