Gree, can you please fix this?

My ticket number is 1272344. I accidentally did instant upgrade on my land while I was collecting my money buildings...which was over 300 gold... Please help me fix this quickly.. As I was using it for the event....thanks guys. The only reason I posted here also, was in hopes I could get it fixed faster, sorry.

I'm sure I will, if they truly investigate..they'll see it was a pure accident, Ive bought a lot of gold from them..hope they do me right... Who would pay to hurry up land expansion anyhow?

Same thing happened too me. I didn't get reimbursed. This was like two weeks ago, all I got was a respond that was too bad.

Happened to me on 1st January, I sent a ticket..

got the gold back the next day - was only 24 mind you, think the expansion was nearly complete anyway.

I had no idea what I had clicked, just that I had used gold, Gree were able to tell me it was land expansion.

So I think I owe Gree a thank you, they acted very fast on it.

Sure hope they take care of me...the sooner the better, so that I can help my faction on boss 100 in 15 mins....

I understand the frustration when this sort of thing happens, but it is not okay to continually bump individual issues in the forums. This is not the place to get those resolved, and it will not result in a ticket being answered faster.
