Ice and I are a husband and wife team who lead the faction. We keep different hours and can run our six accounts for almost 24 hours a day during war and other faction events. We also monitor player stats on a daily basis and all faction members have access to that information. No one wants to be carrying team members who do not pull their weight and we make sure that never happens here.
