I'm starting a SWAT team for Level 100 bosses.

I want to form a team of like-minded ppl who would like to farm the crap out of lvl100 bosses (highest chances for elites).

You MUST be willing to do minimum of 75 mil damage per level 100 boss to spread the load. If I get more requests, that minimum can be dropped.

This is the best event for MW for stats gain with no xp gain.

I may be wrong but players with stats your requiring will already be in factions that are kicking the boss 100 already. Nice try though.

there's no stats requirements. only boss damage requirements.

as the previous poster said, most of those folks are in factions that are already farming lvl100's.

Both of your statements are correct 100%

The subset of players that i'm looking for are the ones who AREN'T in a faction like that,

OR

Factions that would like help with their lvl100 bosses, by having a group of ppl willing to do 75 mil damage.

Perhaps that subset is too small, I don't really know because I'm more of a crime city player.

Ya. I just started getting into it. I guess some things don't translate from cc to MW. Our SWAT team in CC helped literally dozens of syndicates.
MW is different i guess. i'll give it another day to let the free market tell me if there's interest in this.

What about a SUP swat team like on CC with the SAS swat team?....
