Slay Belles-upgrade no reward

Anyone else have this trouble; I just updated the Slay Belles to the 10th level but I didn't get a reward.

They changed the rules. You only get the reward once the upgrade has been fully completed from now on.

I know this for a fact. I have spoken with people who didn't get the prize after upgrading so they sent in a ticket. The response to their tickets advised them that the prizes for the LTBs will be issued once they have upgraded from now on.

i started upgrade & didnt get prize, but upgrade wont finish until event is over so will i still get my prize? event ends in 16 hours but building upgrade finish in 21 hours, will i get prize?

The point is they nodified the way the prize has been for the last 5 or 7 events without prior notice or any notice at that. I only found out after the fact when talking to somebody who found out only by looking at the dataset. It was completely misleading and wrongful to modify the terms and simply leave no warning.
