Unranked? Minimum damage done, but no prize!

What is this 'unranked' and no prize given for participating/completing the boss level? I did my hits, and they all exceeded the minimum required. Why are some 'ranked' and some 'unranked' with the reward button muted?

May be the boss didn't have enough health left for you to do the minimum

That has happened to the faction I am in a time or two.

I also have gotten confused on which boss I actually hit because we sped through them so fast.

Same with us. Definitely did minimum damage. Happened a few times already.

We've seen the same thing. Also have hit him, consumed my health, but didn't show in the current Summary. So hit him again and then registered x2 expected damage. That is bothersome when we're trying to allow max faction mates to share in the kill.

I did double the damage needed a couple time and it says I didn't reach minimum and I was unranked and awarded no prize

thanks for all the confirmation. another gree lack of communication/glitch issue.

yes, my droid LLP is not showing the rewards like my HLP on iOS is. I wake up this morning and go through 10 splash screens of rewards the faction got overnight, but nothing on the droid

Even when I am exceeding and finishing 2nd or 1rst I am not seeing any splash screens for prizes for this event... Happens to my blue stacks account and my ios.

You need to reconnect with the server to get it to show the ranking.
