I have been looking to get my faction issue fixed for almost 3 weeks now. It is still not fixed as of today.

The issue is that our faction 504 380 727 has 52 slots (3 weeks ago). Today we are now a faction of 20 members. Look at our bonuses and you will see that we have bonuses for 52 member guild. I'm not sure why your systems dropped us down to 20 members. Our faction did break into 3 teams for last war because the problem was not fixed for war time. So we need our 52 guild back in our faction. I do not understand why this is so hard. We have paid into this and Gree has taken it away.

Depending on what customer service rep contacts us, some say it's being worked on and some say that you have to buy guild (these guys are not reading there emails).

I'm very frustrated and on the verge of retirement from the game.

Well Gree responded to my leader that they cannot fix our Guild issue. Well if any MOD is on and reads this within 24 hours and wants to save 52 customers from retirement then fix the issue within this time. If not my team has decided to quit.

No but seriously this happened to my old faction. **** hit the fan, a week later we finally got a response, we were SOL. They couldn't fix it for a week.

It's been 4 weeks man. They came out and said to my leader today that your S.O.L. Basically. I can't believe this.
