Ok, based on what I've seen of the faction goals so far and what I've seen from Crime City raid bosses, this is my estimate of what the three faction goal chains will look like. Keep in mind, these are just my best guesses after watching 90 minutes of MW raid bosses.

EDIT: Just got to Elite 8/36 and I see that I need to make a slight change to the pattern.

Easy only = 692
Normal only = 1770
Elite only = 4802
Easy + Normal (with overlap) = 1974
Normal + Elite (with overlap) = 5404
Easy + Normal + Elite (with overlap) = 5608

Optimal goal chain progression for Easy + Normal + Elite:
Easy 1-27 (also completes Normal 1-12)
Normal 13-21 (completes Easy 28-30 and Elite 1-3)
Elite 4-36 (completes Normal 22-33) (Note: when doing the "in a row" elite goals, they will overlap with a "15 minute" normal goal. Do one of the bosses in 15 minutes to complete both.)

You will need to know the damage potential for each player available and their regen times, along with the time allowed to bring down the boss in order to work that out. But here is the damage required.

D24 = 1 x L80 @ 72M health

D25 = 4 x L85 @ 100M health each

D26 = 11 x L90 @ 130M health each

D27 = 1 x L100 @ 750M heath

D28 = 1 x L85 @ 100M health

D29 = 5 x L90 @ 130M health each

D30 = 12 x L95 @ 350M health each

D31 = 1 x L90 @ 130M health

D32 = 7 x L95 @ 350M health each

D33 = 15 x L100 @ 750M health each

D34 = 1 x L95 @ 350M health

D35 = 10 x 100 @ 750M health each

D36 = 1 x L100 @ 750M health

If you start 33/36 which is 15x level 100

Then half way through you fail a boss what happens ?
Nothing, do you carry on until you complete 15 or do you fail so can't finish or does it take you back a level ??
Not failed yet but level 100 in a morning will be tough

Nothing happens if you let a boss escape on 33/36. However, if you let a boss escape while doing 35/36 (10x100 in a row), then you have to start over at 0/10 bosses.
