How long is the return time to get your account back

I sent a ticket yesterday. I did it once and i had my account here and in CC back within 12 hours. i would like to get my old account back? I have seen people wait weeks and people never get a response. How long is it to wait. I would like to get my account back before next war?

Good luck with that, I've been out for a month now. All those that are saying they are back within a week or so are either extremely lucky or paying out a lot of money and gree don't want to lose them.
I can't get a reponse from them, when I do it's one of those, "we are working on it" responses.
