Slay Belles Splash Screen Never Showed Up, Anyone Else?

I just upgraded my building from level 6 to 7 and never received a splash screen. I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same problem? I also checked my inventory and no weapon or increase in stats.

I already opened a ticket...

Same problem here. No splash screen and no item credited in my inventory.
Item should be "Ice Queen" a gun.

I upgraded to level 8 and never got the popup or the prize. My stats didn't change plus I went through my inventory. I contacted support.

Nope. Only for L1 where u have to finish the LTB then prize is rewarded. Prizes for L2 onwards are usually rewarded straight after upgrade starts. Not sure if GREE changed anything again?
Can any mod please clarify? I know it's NY

iOS same. Didn't get a splash screen so I hunted for it in inventory and didn't find anything with that name. I am waiting for the upgrade to complete and if still no splash screen, I am going to send a ticket.

Gree, This is your chance to do something pro active, Most of us dont care how it happens, prize when complete or at the beginning of the upgrade, just let us know instead of leaving us guessing.

I just upgraded to lvl5, suppose to get a winter wonderland but no splash screen too. Didn't see my stats increase as well. Anyone know what the winter wonderland is? A gun/melee/car?

As per our records, I see that you have completed Jingle All the Way (6/10) and received all the rewards, to get the reward 'Ice Queen' you must complete Jingle All the Way (7/10).

Just finished my upgrade. And 20 seconds later the prizes splash screen appeared.
So it seems you have to finish upgrade before you get ur prize.

That's certainly not the norm. Prizes used to be awarded upon start of upgrade, not upon completion of upgrade.
Did GREE changed something without informing their customers again?

For this event prizes have been awarded at the beginning. They can't change that mid-event. especially if those who start the upgrade prior to the end of the event finish after the official end time and aren't awarded prizes.

Yes I just finished upgrade 5 and got my prize after the upgrade so obviously they did change something
