I won't be spending any gold solely to get medals. I'll just get what I get going for my normal prizes. I got 29 last time and wasted gold going a couple levels further than I should have on the base capture event. I'll probably get around 40 this time if GREE gives out medals for the individual portion of WD like they were supposed to.

Are you kidding me - the last Cycle to Disappointment was un-attainable with 35,000 GOLD - and still no broken carrot.

I don't think I will be chasing this carrot as I am still badly bruised from the beating I got from the stick that was dangling the last carrot :/

My advice - leave it alone and let them know that the best way to get us to chase the carrots is to actually let us have one every now and then - otherwise we forget what the carrot tastes like.

The number of medals in each event:

Cold Front 4
Holiday Huntdown 4
Base Capture 18
Emperor Crate Event 4
Limited Time Mission 4

Operation Holidays 4
Conquering Cuba 22

To get the top prize, a player needs to collect ALL the medals. For the Conquering Cuba event, all medals are given through GLTQs and LTQs, NOT the leaderboard.

If you have other specific questions that would make the planning easier, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Can we start by explaining that one? Is that from the individual goals of reaching 1500 kills?

I know we have gone through this event once now so at least we have an idea but it should be blatantly spelled out for everyone what they need to do.

Why do you have inside info on the events and monthly cash buildings before they are released? Seems more than a little odd. What other info does old Gree feed you that the normal player does not know?

I could see details you posting like a LTQ that you run through but cash buildings that have not even come out yet and "suspected prize" and medal counts seems strange. Let me know the Gree code for free gold too.

You guys really are idiots aren't you. All this information is available to everyone. In the toolkit it has all the building costs,upgrade costs and outpost costs. For events for working out prizes, once you know the name of one of the units if you type the first part of the name in it brings up all units with a similar name. Now looking the the cycle to Cuba event there were 16 stages, with the medal amounts I detailed on the cycle to chile. Now funny enough when you put warpath into toolkit there are 16 units. Could it be a co incidence or common sense that the smallest unit would be the first and the biggest unit the grand prie.....let me think - no idiots. Check your facts before you accuse people.

That's strange then, as the first medal unit everyone received as the first on my list, and the second unit for three medals is correct as well. Maybe you are playing a different version to everyone else then?!

With the big unit I'm sure some will fall for it but I'm hoping most don't. I think this medal collection is designed for certain players so they can clean out all the bonus gold in their accounts... I spent the bulk of gold on that monster LTQ as well. Mine came up to about 15k gold usage because I didn't complete the individual WD 1500 wins. That being said, I think your total expenditure is the highest I've heard of so far.

This event was nothing but shooting in the dark, and being blindfolded at the same time. Some of us got lucky due to the medal screwup. I'm not doing it this time though...not worth taking the risk.

The crate event offers 4 medals. Your current 20 medals total is therefore correct.

They are all ground units. Check again, should be there.
